FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Set for surgical treatment of fractures and reconstructive surgical interventions in bones injuries of the locomotor system in mammals comprises rings and semi-rings with fastening holes, cylindrical supports, transosseous rods, washers, fastening nuts. Kit additionally comprises set of plates, monoblocks, set of fixing washers and fixators of transosseous rods. Set of plates make a plate made with long and short guide slots on both ends of plate and with five round holes, plate made with long and short guide slots on both ends of plate and with three round holes, and plate made with long and short guide slots on both ends of plate. Monoblock is made in the form of tetrahedral elongated prism with axial threaded hole and located on lateral sides of smooth holes for smooth transosseous rods and supports and has cross-shaped notches on end faces. Set of washers consists of ply washers and round washers of smaller diameter with guide outer lug, designed to fix transosseous rod clamps in slots of plates, round washers of larger diameter with inner lug, intended for installation in short slot of plate, and rectangular washers with guide lug, designed for fixation of monoblocks. Working surface of round washers is provided with notches. On working surface of rectangular washer there is a groove, dimensions of which correspond to dimensions of monoblock faces.

EFFECT: invention provides creating conditions for consolidation of fracture in optimal short-term hospital treatment, wider range of easy-to-manufacture and use medical equipment for osteosynthesis of bone fractures of mammal skeletons, wide fixation capabilities of hardware structures, ease of transosseous smooth rostra position adjustment and the fact that using a minimum of external supports and transosseous elements preserves quality of bone fragments reposition and fixation.
