SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Method of increasing rigidity of fixation of joints in devices for transosseous osteosynthesis envisages surface treatment with a sandblast device using an abrasive. Treatment is carried out with white electrocore of grade 25A of ring, semi-rings, radial and straight plates, spokes and rods, finger fixators and connecting monoblocks, washers, as well as threads of bolts and nuts. Spokes and rods, as well as threads of bolts and nuts are treated with abrasive with grain size F150. Remaining parts are processed in two stages: I is coarse treatment of parts surfaces with white electrocore of grade 25A with grain size F22; II – processing with white crystalline corundum grade 25A with grain size F54. Parts of the hardware structure are connected through a profile washer, in which two diametrically opposite ends are in different planes. Joint unit for use in transosseous osteosynthesis devices consists of threaded rods of a transosseous fixation device and a connecting block comprising two mutually perpendicular through holes at a distance from each other. Two four-sided blocks are connected by laying between them a profile washer, in which two diametrically opposite ends are in different planes. One of every pair of holes is threaded.
EFFECT: invention provides reducing labor intensity of osteosynthesis, reducing traumatism due to increased stability of compounds and achieving conditions sufficient for early recovery of injured extremity.
