SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recombinant proteins containing antigenic epitopes of proteins Core, Small Envelope, NS2A and preM of the Zika virus, and a complex antigen containing these proteins. Obtained: recombinant protein (Z1), containing the antigenic epitopes of the Core protein of the Zika virus, characterized by the amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 1) and used as the first component for the preparation of the complex antigen of the Zika virus; recombinant protein (Z2) containing the antigenic epitopes of the Small Envelope protein of the Zika virus, characterized by an amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2) and used as a second component to obtain the complex antigen of the Zika virus. Recombinant protein (Z3) containing the antigenic epitopes of the NS2A proteins of the Zika virus, characterized by an amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 3), is used as the third component for the preparation of the complex antigen of the Zika virus, and the recombinant protein (Z4) containing the antigenic epitopes of the preM protein of the Zika virus, characterized by the amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 4), it is used as the fourth component for the preparation of the complex antigen of the Zika virus. Complex antigen can be used as a component of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay system for the detection of G and M antibodies to the Zika virus and contains recombinant proteins Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, mixed respectively in a ratio of 1:3:2:2. In the resulting and used proteins, there are no linear antigenic epitopes of other flaviviruses, and the sequences encoding these proteins do not have an antigenic cross with all known flaviviruses, which allows them to use more sensitive and accurate ELISA analysis.
