FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: recombinant plasmid DNA pET160-E3-YFV expressing an analog of the third domain of the surface protein E of the yellow fever virus (YFV) in the bacterial system of E. coli used to detect specific antibodies of YFV, presented on the physical and genetic map in Fig.1, having a nucleotide Sequence SEQ ID No.: 1, size 6319 bp, molecular weight 23.5 kDa. Specified plasmid DNA contains T7 promoter, Iac operator, start codon ATG, N-terminal 6xHis tract, target insert E3-YFV, which is a fragment of the gene of the third domain of the E protein of the yellow fever virus, which provides the expression of the recombinant analogue of the third domain of the E protein of the yellow fever virus, which has the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No.: 2, T7 transcription termination region, ampicillin resistance gene (bla), pBR322 ori plasmid DNA replication origin in E. coli, lacI ORF.

EFFECT: invention provides increased specificity of VZL diagnostic tools by providing the possibility of using an analog of the third domain of the VZL surface protein E in diagnostic tools to detect VZL specific antibodies.
