SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the biotechnology. Described is a recombinant plasmid pHis6-flagG-protE with built-in fliG and TBEVgp1 genes coding hybrid recombinant flagG-protE protein inducing an immune response to tick-borne encephalitis virus.
EFFECT: invention provides production of recombinant chimeric protein without inclusion bodies formation, provides synthesis of recombinant chimeric protein having amino acid sequence (SEQ ID NO: 2), including epitopes of glycoprotein E of tick-borne encephalitis virus and flagellin G Salmonella typhii and used as a base for vaccine against tick-borne encephalitis virus.
