FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids equipment and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. Finely dispersed liquid atomizer comprises a hollow cylindrical housing connected to the nozzle. Hollow housing consists of a cylindrical part with an external thread for connection to the distribution pipeline union, conical transition part and a second cylindrical part with a large diametrical cross sectional dimension in which the internal thread is made. In the housing lower part a nozzle is fixed formed by a cylindrical surface with an external thread interacting with the housing cylindrical part. Nozzle cylindrical surface passes into a conical surface and closes by the end, perpendicular to the housing axis blind partition with a jet in its center, made an axisymmetric to the nozzle. Jet is made in the form of a cylindrical and conical throttle openings connected in series, wherein a larger diameter of the conical opening is located on the blind partition of the nozzle. On the nozzle, from the side opposite to the liquid supply, an additional row of jets is made, which are formed by at least three pairs of mutually perpendicular vertical channels for passage of liquid and horizontal channels, which cross on the nozzle conical lateral surface to form the jets outlets. In the diffuser outlet section attached to the housing cylindrical part end surface, a perforated partition is installed. By the one end at least two spokes are attached to the partition, at the point of its intersection with the axis of the sprayer, which second end is fixed to the diffuser inner surface in such a way that the spokes are perpendicular to the diffuser inner surface. On the spokes, in their central part, additional sprayers are installed, made in the form of helical drums, which are fixed on the spokes with the help of stops.

EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
