SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of marketing, and in particular to the methods for tracking, analyzing and processing information on the ordering of goods and services through a website. Method includes initializing the visitor of the web resource and determining its source, initializing the phone call and associating the phone call with the visitor of the web resource, in this case, unlike the prototype, the contact phone number is hidden from viewing by the visitor of the web resource, and the comparison of the phone call with the visitor of the web resource is carried out by means of comparing the time of making a phone call with the time when the web resource visitor clicks on the given area, which provides the possibility to view the contact phone number.
EFFECT: reduced likelihood of an error in determining the source of the phone call when the number of visitors, who are simultaneously staying on the web resource, is increased.
