SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is the use of a radiopharmaceutical composition for the treatment of pain associated with inflammatory diseases of the joints, containing as an active component ¹⁸⁸Re in the form of a suspension of an inorganic compound of rhenium oxide with tin with a volume activity of 37–1,850 MBq/ml, with the following ratio of the ingredients in 1 ml of the radiopharmaceutical composition: stannous chloride – 5.66 mg, disodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate – 2.28 mg, sodium phosphate dodecahydrate – 0.54 mg, polysorbate – 80 0.56 mg, sodium hydroxide – 1.37 mg, sodium chloride – 9.00 mg.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to provide an effective treatment of a radiopharmaceutical composition comprising ¹⁸⁸Re in the form of a suspension of an inorganic compound of rhenium oxide with tin, providing a significant reduction in pain with a single administration of the composition.
