FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to nuclear medicine. A kit for preparing a suspension of polypeptide biodegradable microparticles for radiosynovectomy in isotonic 0.9 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride labeled with a rhenium isotope consists of auxiliary reagents: antioxidant – ascorbic acid in amount of 7 mg, rhenium reducing agent to lower valence state – stannous chloride dihydrate – 11.4 mg, emulsifier – polysorbate-80 – 1.25 mg, polypeptide carrier of radionuclides – microspheres of human blood albumen with diameter of 5–10 mcm – 5 mg, a transchelator and a pH stabilizer – K,Na-tartrate (tartrate K, Na) – 10 mg, wherein all auxiliary reagents are packaged in three bottles: in bottle No. 1 contains a mixture of a reducing agent and an antioxidant, in bottle No. 2 there is a mixture of a polypeptide carrier of radionuclide and emulsifier atoms, bottle No. 3 contains a transchelator and a pH stabilizer, wherein the contents of each flask are sterile and lyophilised. Also disclosed is a sequential three-stage method of producing a suspension of polypeptide biodegradable microparticles for radiosynovectomy.
