FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to nuclear medicine. Kit for preparing a suspension of polypeptide biodegradable microparticles for conducting transarental radioembolisation of liver capillaries contained in isotonic 0.9 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride labelled with a rhenium isotope consisting of auxiliary reagents: antioxidant - ascorbic acid in amount of 10 mg; rhenium reducing agent to a lower valence state - tin dihydrate chloride - 13.3 mg; emulsifier - polysorbate-80 - 2.5 mg; polypeptide radionuclide carrier - human blood albumen microsphere with diameter of 20–40 mcm - 10 mg; transhecalator and stabilizer pH-K, Na- tartaric acid (tartrate K, Na) - 18.9 mg; wherein all auxiliary reagents are packaged in three bottles: in bottle No. 1 contains a mixture of a reducing agent and an antioxidant, in bottle No. 2 there is a mixture of a polypeptide carrier of radionuclide and emulsifier atoms, flask No. 3 contains a transhecalator and a pH stabilizer which enables to achieve the pH value of the polypeptide biodetibular microparticles suspension in isotonic 0.9 % aqueous solution of sodium chloride, labelled with rhenium isotope in range from 2 to 5, wherein content of each flask is sterile and lyophilised. Also disclosed is a sequential three-stage method of producing a polypeptide biodetibular microparticle suspension.
