SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnosis of tuberculosis. Material for detection of human TB pathogens by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a suspension obtained by dissolving in 0.5 ml of a physiological saline solution, unpainted and stained according to Tsil-Nielsen, containing human tuberculosis pathogens.
EFFECT: material for detecting the causative agents of human tuberculosis is proposed.
