FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to laminaria-based food products. Composition for making laminaria chips with vegetable addition according to the invention includes the following ratio of components, mass.%: vegetables – 0.6–23.4; flax seeds – 6.3–8.4; sunflower seeds – 21.0–26.4; oatmeal – 0.35–0.7; salt – 0.7–1.0; spices – 0.16–0.4; laminaria (after swelling) – the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of fruit and vegetable chips using laminaria, which have increased organoleptic, nutritional and biological properties.
