FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat industry, in particular, to a liver pate composition. The pate includes domesticated reindeer liver, unsalted butter, an additional vegetal component, carrots, bulb onions, ground black hot pepper, culinary food salt. The additional vegetal component is represented by dried plums or mushrooms or laminaria. The components are taken at the specified optimum ratio.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a new liver pate with high nutritive and biological value as well as expand the liver pates range; the pate is produced from a natural resource (ie domesticated reindeer liver) that is but little used in the North.
