FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention is a method for clonal micro-propagation of fireweed Chamaenerion angustifolium L.Holub, including the excision of axillary meristems, sterilization of explants with 7 % calcium hypochlorite for 7 minutes, precipitation on nutrient media MS with the addition of 6-BAP in an amount of 0.5 mg/l and MS with the addition of FeSO4⋅7H2O in the amount of 30 ml/l, 6-BAP in the amount of 0.5 mg/l, IAA in the amount of 0.01 mg/l, multiplication of micro-shoots, their subsequent rooting on ½ MS medium, supplemented with 1 mg/l IBA, and adaptation of regenerating plants to ex vitro conditions.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a high multiplication factor and, as a consequence, the required number of seedlings.
