FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: method of managing light striking of astronomical devices by street lighting devices includes separation of lighting devices operation periods and astronomical instruments in time. Pulsed light flux of lighting devices is formed with frequency of 300–1,000 Hz and duty cycle in the range of 2–10, and overlapping of light flux in photosensitive matrix of astronomical device is carried out in pulsed mode with synchronization in frequency and in antiphase with frequency of generated light flux.
EFFECT: improved protection of astronomical devices from exposure.
