FIELD: wood-working industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood-working industry. Method includes tensioning of the circular saw blade, which is made by means of simultaneous heating of the local areas of the saw blade of the circular saw along the radii separating the disc into sectors, the blade is directed into each or multiple interdental cavity of the saw tooth edge, depending on the pitch of the teeth, contact-free using the pulse induction method up to the temperature T followed by cooling the saw blade area along the thermal track up to a temperature below 350 °C, corresponding to the formation of thermoplastic stresses between the sectors of the saw blade. Width of the heated radial areas of the saw blade b is assumed to be not less than the thickness of the saw blade δ.
EFFECT: method of creating thermodynamic stresses in the saw blade allows to create initial stresses in the optimum areas of the saw blade, to increase the dynamic stability of the saws during their operation and the quality of preparation for the operation of the circular saw.
