FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for creation of thermoplastic normalized stresses in circular saw disk. Proposed device comprises housing with plates arranged one above the other to accommodate circular saw with heating inducing wires arranged to heat saw disc with separation into heating sectors. Device comprises clamping electromagnet, return spring and rotary mechanism with step motor. Heating wires are made in the form of tubes with built-in at their holes inlet by steam generators equipped with Laval nozzle and system of holes located along lower generatrix of tubes or along surface of tubes with pitch and diameter of holes varying as distance from steam generator to ensure uniform flow of coolant along length pipes and heat removal from local heating zones.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of saw strength during sawing.
