FIELD: thermal straightening.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for thermal straightening of a circular saw blade. The device comprises a base plate and a centering support for mounting a circular saw blade, clamps for fixing a circular saw blade, and an induction heating element. The device is made with the possibility of non-contact heating of previously identified local defective zones of the saw blade of the circular saw with an induction heating element, while the induction heating element is made in the form of a controlled and unlimitedly movable induction wire parallel to the plane of the saw blade of the circular saw.
EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of redistributing stresses in defective areas of the disk and restoring the flat shape of the saw blade.
