FIELD: wood-working industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood-working industry. Device for thermal straightening of the saw blade of a circular saw comprises a housing and one mounted above the other the bottom and the lower plates, the lower one is designed to place the sawing disk on it, and the top is made with heating elements and the possibility of supplying it to the bottom plate from the extreme upper position. Device is equipped with a clamping electromagnet, providing a supply of the top plate to the bottom with a minimum gap, ensuring contactless heating of the sawing disk. Heating elements of the upper plate are made in the form of inducing wires located along the radii dividing the saw disk into at least three sectors, while the upper plate is made with the possibility of rotation through the angle formed by the adjacent inducing wires.
EFFECT: as a result the redistribution of stresses in the defective areas of the disk and the restoration of the planar saw blade shape are ensured.
