Cement panel with at least one external cladding surface comprises cement core, at least one skin sheet and integrated air / waterproof membrane, at that the skin sheet is located between the cement core and the integrated air / waterproof membrane, and the integrated air / waterproof membrane is applied to the external cladding surface and contains polymeric binder and calcium carbonate.
EFFECT: invention enables the skin panel creation with coating in the form of air / waterproof membrane, produced under controlled conditions during production and the installation complexity minimization.
