FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical technology, namely invasive medical procedures such as angioplasty, and more particularly to the radiopaque balloon catheter and the corresponding guidewire with radiopaque markers to ensure a correct joint arrangement of these two objects in a treated area. Device for the influence on the treated area in the vasculature contains a catheter and a guidewire for delivering the balloon to the treated area. Catheter has a shaft containing a balloon with a pair of first radiopaque markers located at a distance from each other in the longitudinal direction to indicate the ends of a cylindrical portion of the balloon. Cylindrical portion is located between the conical sections of the balloon and provides a working surface. Guidewire for delivering the balloon to the treatment area includes at least one pair of second radiopaque markers, wherein at least one pair of second radiopaque markers corresponds in position to the pair of first radiopaque markers on the balloon, so that one of the first radiopaque markers on the balloon is combined with one of the second radiopaque markers on the guidewire and the other of the first radiopaque markers on the balloon is combined with the other of the second radiopaque markers on the guidewire. Assembly for the influence on the treated area in the vasculature contains a plurality of balloons, each of which includes at least two first radiopaque markers, and a guidewire comprising at least two second radiopaque markers corresponding to said at least two first radiopaque markers on each of said plurality of balloons. Method for the influence on the treated area in the vasculature using the catheter comprising the balloon having at least one first pair of radiopaque markers, comprising the direction of the catheter into the treated area on the guidewire comprising at least one second pair of radiopaque markers intended to overlap with at least one first pair of radiopaque marker of the balloon.
EFFECT: use of a group of inventions will allow to create the radiopaque balloon catheter, which can be positioned on radiopaque markers on the appropriate guidewire to ensure the correct joint arrangement of these two objects in the treated area.
