FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a medical equipment, and namely to surgical medical procedures, such as angioplasty, and more specifically to a radiopaque conductor for positioning a catheter. Device for influence on a treated area in a blood stream with a catheter containing a balloon, the device comprises a conductor for introducing the balloon into the treatment zone. Conductor comprises one or more radiopaque markers corresponding to the treated area, where the conductor comprises a proximal marker for alignment with a reference point on the catheter when one or more radiopaque markers are aligned with the treated area. Proximal marker is preferably made so that when one or more radiopaque markers are aligned with the treated area, it is outside the blood stream. One or more radiopaque markers correspond to the treated area in size. Balloon catheter additionally contains the above mentioned conductor. In a second embodiment, a device is provided for influencing a treated area in a blood stream with a catheter comprising a balloon including a work surface characterized by length for contact with a treated area, the device comprises a conductor for introducing the balloon into the treated area. Conductor contains one or more radiopaque markers corresponding to the length of the working surface of the balloon in size. In a second embodiment, the balloon catheter further comprises the above-mentioned conductor. In a third embodiment, a device for influencing the treated area in a blood stream comprises a catheter and conductor for introducing a balloon into a treated area. Catheter has a distal end supporting the balloon, characterized by the presence of a working surface, and a proximal end. Conductor contains one or more radiopaque markers, adapted to match the length of the balloon's working surface when positioned in the treated area.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to ensure precise positioning of a treating agent in a treated area.
