SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used in the combined treatment of locally advanced forms of cancer of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses with the use of local hyperthermia. Preoperative gamma-ray teletherapy (GRT) is performed on the background of radiosensitization with local hyperthermia. Conduct local hyperthermia before the session of radiation therapy with intervals between exposures of 10–15 minutes according to the scheme: 3 times a week at a temperature of 42 °C for 60 min. A total of 8 sessions of local hyperthermia. Perform a 2-week surgical stage of treatment in combination with intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) on the tumor bed.

EFFECT: method provides an improvement in the survival rates of patients with cancer of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses by reducing the frequency of local recurrences and increasing the life expectancy of patients without increasing the number of radiation reactions and postoperative complications, as well as by combining different methods of their treatment.
