SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for the combined treatment of locally advanced cancer of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. For this, preoperative gamma-ray teletherapy (GRT) is carried out in the mode of average dose fractionation – SBD of 3 Gy, once a day, 5 fractions per week, 12 sessions up to a total focal dose of 36 Gy. After 2 weeks, surgical treatment is performed, during which, after resection of the upper jaw, local accumulation of the photosensitizer in the upper jaw is determined using a laser electronic spectral device LESA-01-BIOSPEK, followed by intraoperative photodynamic therapy on the tumor bed using the photosensitizer Photoditazin at a dose of 1 mg/kg of body weight at a dose of 300-350 J per 1 cm².

EFFECT: method improves the survival rates of patients by reducing the frequency of local relapses while reducing the number of radiation reactions, postoperative complications and increasing the life expectancy of patients.
