FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for processing honey to enhance the biological value and organoleptic characteristics of the food product. Food product comprises honey and vegetable component, while honey has a creamy consistency due to the low size of glucose crystals of not more than 0.04 mm, which is achieved by thoroughly mixing the mixture for 2-3 days with a subsequent "settling" honey of a given consistency with a fine crystal of not more than 0.04 mm. As a vegetable component, dry, dried by infrared drying, crushed berries of bilberry of 5.0 mm, or crushed berries of cranberries of 5.0 mm, or crushed goji berries of 5.0 mm, or whole peeled pine nuts in following proportions, wt. %: natural honey with a creamy consistency - 90, dry cranberries crushed to 5 mm, or dry blueberries crushed to 5 mm, or dry goji berries crushed to 5 mm, or whole peeled pine nuts - 10.
EFFECT: invention ensures to obtain a biologically valuable food product based on natural honey, having a creamy consistency with pieces of berries or pine nuts, a pleasant taste, a flavour of honey and a vegetable ingredient with a long shelf life.
