SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the devices for planting point formation during the creation of forest cultures by means of the ball-rooted seedlings. Device includes two vertically oriented coaxially located wheels. One of them is the fixed inner wheel, and the other is the movable outer wheel, which is mounted with the possibility of its rotation in relation to the fixed inner wheel. In the fixed inner wheel, the cylinder is rigidly fixed in such a way that the axis of the cylinder, which is vertically oriented, passes through the center of the wheel circumference. Inside the cylinder the retractable punch with the possibility of its moving by means of turning the levers is installed. Radially oriented elements with the upper conical shape are fixed with their foundation onto the support surfaces, which connect in parallel the two cylinders that are held in the initial position by means of the inner driving springs, which are fixed onto the rods. Rods, in their turn, are fixed to the inner surface of the outer wheel. Working bodies in the form of the extension type cut-out cups with the possibility of their passing through the open-end openings outside the outer surface of the moving wheel are fixed to the hollow cylinders by means of the rigid connections. On this surface the spurs that are evenly spaced around the circumference are firmly fixed, they allow to fix the movable wheel in such a way that the axis of the cylinder, which is fixed inside the fixed inner wheel, and the axis of the element with the upper conical shape, and the axis of the working element are located along one radial straight line.

EFFECT: invention will allow to increase the productivity and quality of work during the preparation of planting points due to the provision of the fixed plant spacing.
