SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Dry pasta contains about 70 % of strong white flour and 20–30 % of whole-grain multi-grain flour made of non-wheat cereals from the total dry flour composition in the absence of added water. In this case, non-wheat cereals are oat and barley groats.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create multi-grain noodle products rich in nutrients and providing a high content of dietary fiber, micro- and macroelements.
