FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to anesthesiology-resuscitation, and can be used to predict the development of post-perfused heart failure (PPHF) in the direct myocardial revascularization with artificial circulation (AC) in adult patients. Preoperatively, the age, the left ventricle ejection fraction and the weight-weight data of the patient are determined. Intraoperatively, after a catheterization of the coronary sinus of the heart, a blood sample is taken from the coronary sinus. In the blood sample, the levels of lactate-pyruvate ratio, alanine, glutamate, glutamine, aspartate, asparagine, leucine, isoleucine and serine are determined. Determine the value of f by the mathematical formula. Depending on the obtained value of f, the development of PPHF is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows intraoperatively with high accuracy to predict the development of PPHF in the course of direct revascularization of the myocardium with AC by taking into account the metabolic status of the patient's myocardium, and to strengthen the degree of protection of the myocardium in the intra- and post-perfusion period.
