FIELD: dust collection equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dust collection technique. Fire and explosion safety system for dust collection systems, comprising a housing, a support part with a dust collecting bin, inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector, a temperature sensor installed in the housing of the filter section, an emergency dust level sensor in the dust collector, thermal automatic sensor-detector – in the outlet box of the filter section, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor located in the control cabinet. In the outlet box of the filter section, there are placed a manifold with injectors for the fire and explosion safety system of the device with the control unit and a bag filter regeneration system with a pulse blowing mechanism that is provided with a control unit for each solenoid valve of the nozzles. Each of the nozzles comprises a cylindrical body with a fitting rigidly connected to a housing coaxially disposed at the upper part of the housing and having a cylindrical fluid inlet connected to a diffuser that is axisymmetric to the housing and the fitting. In the lower part of the cylindrical hole, a hollow conical swirl is fixed, the conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end on the conical shell of the swirler. On the outer surface of the hollow conical swirler is made through screw threading, and to the body, in its lower part, by means of at least three spokes perpendicular to the axis of the body is connected a sprayer, made in the form of a solid disk.

EFFECT: complex provides an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
