FIELD: medicine; sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the effective evaluation and development of human psychomotor abilities. Method is carried out with or without the sports projectile on a field with artificial controlled obstacles that are moved by the hardware-and-software system (HSS), and differs in that, depending on the preparedness of the athlete, the coach or researcher chooses a program that sets the mode of development of psychomotor abilities, where the HSS containing a predetermined number of remotely controlled balls creates mobile obstacles of a given size; the diameter, number and maximum speed of balls are selected, the mobile balls simulate the opposition of rival players and, moving, interfere with the movement of the athlete; the athlete evaluates the simulated game situation, commensurates his/her technical and speed capabilities with the dynamics of moving the balls and carries out dribbling of the balls, which imitate the rivals; in this method, the mode of physical and intellectual loading of the athlete is set; while the movements of the balls are predictable for the athlete and are not related to his actions in the training area; predictability of changing the game situation is determined by the peculiarity of the HSS operation: moving the balls with straight lines until they collide with the boundaries of the training area and/or with each other, where the balls are moved as an imitation of impact interactions of absolutely elastic bodies of equal mass in accordance with the existing laws of mechanics; the athlete's task is to carry out dribbling of the balls when moving to the training areas, which are set by the training schedule and/or to contain oneself for a given time from collision with the ball within the training area; in case of the absence of a collision of an athlete or sports equipment with the ball or of exit to the border of the training area, diameter and/or speed of moving the balls increase until the athlete can not accurately fulfill the exercise; according to the maximum speed and size of the balls, as well as the speed of movement of the athlete on the training area and the time, during which he does not make mistakes while performing the exercise, the psychomotor abilities of the athlete are estimated.
EFFECT: method provides for the increased efficiency of evaluation and development of the psychomotor abilities of an athlete of game sports by means of the use of available technical means.
