SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sports and is intended for remote game or training of technical and tactical actions of athletes in game kinds of sports. In the present invention, by means of two remotely interconnected systems of a software and hardware complex that contains means for visualizing the light-dynamic zones and means for fixing the movements of athletes, a game or training and/or testing of two players at the same playing fields is carried out simultaneously. Hardware and software complex simultaneously generates identical images on each of the fields with a given number of mobile prohibited zones, which simulate shock interactions of absolutely elastic bodies of equal mass on each playing field, and in addition to them on each playing field, the complex visualizes one additional zone, each of which in real time simulates the movements of the opposing remote player. Task of the athletes is to stay on the playing field with the projectile or without it for a given time, without getting to the area of prohibited zones and/or the zone-imitation of the opposing player, or go the specified number of times on the specified route on the same conditions faster than your opponent. Depending on the preparedness of the athletes, the diameter, number, speed of the forbidden zones and the area of the light zone that simulates the opposing player-rival are given. By the number of errors: hits on light zones or the boundaries of the playing field, judging the technical and tactical preparedness of the athlete in the conditions presented. Created multi-level conditions for distance play and training contribute to the participation in the mobile games of different ages, including persons with disabilities, as well as increasing the motor activity of the population and preventing hypodynamia. Distinctive feature of the presented method is the consideration of the key components of the game, consideration of the duration of the athlete's stay in the specific conditions of the opposing opponent. At the same time, in this method, distance training is organically combined with the process of psychomotor, mental and emotional development of players.
EFFECT: claimed method of remote interaction of players and athletes in the game sports has new properties that allow the use of multiple options for distance play, training or testing to obtain quantitative data that was previously unavailable to specialists and trainers.
