FIELD: sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to sports and is intended for training technical and tactical actions of athletes in gaming sports. However, it can be used in training of military men, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and security services, as well as to increase physical activity of population and preventative actions of hypodynamia. This invention can be effectively used in research work in the field of human psychophysiology, with a comprehensive assessment of its visual, cognitive and motor abilities. Result is achieved by the fact that training is carried out on the field with kinetic lighting. Light zones allocated with light are forbidden to find an athlete, they imitate the opposition of rival players and, moving, interfere with the movement of the athlete. Athlete evaluates the simulated game situation, commensurates his technical and speed capabilities with the dynamics of the movement of forbidden zones and makes a stroke of prohibited light zones, simulating opponents. In this case, a balanced mode of physical and intellectual load is set where a predetermined number of forbidden light-dynamic zones of a given diameter moves on the playing field and their movements are predictable for the athlete except for one, which is controlled by trainer by a computer manipulator. Computer program generates zone movements as imitation of impact interactions of absolutely elastic bodies of equal mass according to existing laws of motion, taking into account adjustment of position and speed of one of zones, which is controlled by trainer in manual mode. Depending on the preparedness of the sportsman and training tasks, the diameter, number and speed of the forbidden zones and maximum speed of movement of manual control zone are set. Thanks to relatively inexpensive controlled artificially created environment, training tasks are performed at individual level of complexity, with optimal speed and required number of repetitions until learning required skill. Method allows to determine quantitative indicators of athlete's readiness in wide range of cognitive-motor tests.
EFFECT: invention is aimed to improve training effect.
