SUBSTANCE: in the composite sheet (10), the first sheet (1) and the second sheet (2) partially join one another and form plurality of connected areas (31 and 32). In the corresponding areas the first sheet (1) is not attached to the second sheet (2) and projects so, that it is located at a distance from the second sheet (2) and forms plurality of convexities (40) projecting towards the user's skin. Composite sheet (10) has the first direction and the second direction, which is perpendicular to the first direction. Passing in the second direction (Y) not embossed areas (N), and not containing the connected regions throughout the entire second direction, and the embossed areas (E), passing in the second direction and containing arranged in the regular manner connected areas, are alternately formed in the first direction (X). In the not embossed areas (N) continuously passing in the second direction (Y) continuous convexities (40) are formed. Continuous convexities (40) comprise having the small width portions (42) and regularly located in the second direction (Y).
