SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and relates to a method for predicting the threat of miscarriage of early terms in cytomegalovirus infection. Method is that in pregnant women with cytomegalovirus infection identified in the first trimester of pregnancy, the serum level of IgM antibody and PlGF content is determined. At a level of IgM antibodies to CMV 2.0 units/ml or more and PlGF values of 53.70 pg/ml and less predict interruption of pregnancy.
EFFECT: use of the claimed invention allows to increase the accuracy of forecasting the threat of miscarriage of early terms in cytomegalovirus infection for the purpose of timely treatment.
