FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cellular biology and biotechnology, in particular to the production of a culture growth supplement for the cultivation of tumor cells. Method includes rationing a platelet concentrate (PC) samples by platelet content by centrifuging the PC at 3,130 g for 40 minutes at 20 °C and resuspension of the precipitate in a supernatant of a predetermined volume to obtain a platelet concentration of 1.75×109 cells/ml, 3-fold temperature lysis of platelets by freezing for a day to -80 °C and thawing at +37 °C. Cell debris is further deposited by centrifuging at 3,130 g, 40 minutes, 20 °C, collection of the supernatant, microscopic control (×200) for the presence in the field of view of not more than 3 fragments of platelets, standardization by pooling samples equal in volume obtained from PC of not less than 12 donors of both gender groups, further centrifugation of the pooled platelet lysate at 3,130 g, 40 minutes, 20 °C and filtering the sample on 0.45 mcm and 0.22 mcm filters, finally, pouring the required volume in aliquots and lyophilization.

EFFECT: invention provides a higher growth of tumor cells of HT-29, MCF-7 line and MG-63 and a similar growth of tumor cells of HCT-116 and HEp-2 lines.
