FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry. Method for producing recyclable materials from the natural material, which contains phytic acid or phytate, the method comprises the following: the supply of natural material, with solid, collapsible shells, in particular from rapeseed, whole-seed or from seeds, out of which the oil has been removed, in the form of an expeller oil meal or cake, which was left in the form of waste during oil extraction; grinding of the material, in order to destroy the shells; dispersing the ground material with water or with an aqueous solution, where preferably maximum 8 parts of water are added to one part of the ground material, the water and the ground material are mixed so that a fluid slurry or dispersion are formed; regulation of the pH value of the pulp within the alkaline range pH>9.5; adding the water-soluble organic solvent, preferably water-soluble alcohol, in particular so that the alcohol concentration of less than 30 % is achieved to separate the shells from the seed/fruit endosperm; separation of the solid phase, which has the predominant fraction of the shells from the pulp in a centrifuge in the centrifugal field; separating the phytic acid or phytate from the solid phase. According to the second option, the method for extracting recyclable materials, in particular of the phytic acid product, preferably of the phytic acid and/or phytate, from the volume of natural material, which comprises phytic acid or phytate, the method comprises the following: feeding the ground natural material, which contains phytic acid and/or phytate from the seeds, which contain phytic acid and/or phytate; pre-treatment of the ground material to produce a fluid alkaline, preferably alcohol-alkaline slurry; separating of the solid phase, which contains phytic acid and/or at least one phytate from the fluid slurry, preferably in the centrifuge within the centrifugal field; and separating of phytic acid and/or phytate from the solid phase, in particular after performing one or several additional steps. Phytic acid product, which is obtained by means of the above stated methods.
EFFECT: invention allows for a more complete separation of phytate from other phases.
