FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to x-ray surgical methods of diagnosis and treatment. In the lumen of the main coronary artery and lateral branch, coronary conductors are introduced. Then, a stent is inserted through the lumen of the balloon catheter onto the coronary conductor located in the main artery. Conductor is introduced from the lateral branch through the distal stent cell. Holding the two conductors, the stent is introduced to the site of the bifurcation lesion. Stent implantation is performed by inflating the balloon catheter. After stent implantation, the balloon catheter is removed from the artery lumen. Then, through a newly conducted conductor, a balloon catheter is introduced through the distal stent cell, and angioplasty of the lateral branch ostium is made.

EFFECT: method allows to implant a stent with a bifurcation lesion of the type 1:0:1 or 1:0:0 according to the Medina classification, using only one stent, to keep the lateral branch irrespective of its diameter, optimize the imposition of the stent beams on the wall of the arteries, avoid excessive metallization of the bifurcation.
