SUBSTANCE: disclosed is the temperature determination method inside the food product in the closed container, wherein the method comprises stages, at which: adjusting supplied to the container heating power in order to change the container internal temperature within the predetermined period of time; receiving information related to the container internal temperature change; and determining the temperature inside the food product based on the information related to the internal temperature change, and predetermined relationships between the information related to the container internal temperature change, and temperature inside the food product. Invention also provides device for the temperature inside the food product determination and the food processing device.

EFFECT: invention provides easy-to-implement, reasonably accurate and low-cost method and device for the temperature inside the product determination.
