SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the substance flow monitoring device and system. Device comprises first and second light sources for the first and second light beams emission; first and second detectors; the first scanning element adapted to redirect the second detector detection zone from one side to the other across the said flow, and the light splitter element intended for said first and second light beams reception after their reflection from the said substance, wherein the said light splitter element is adapted to direct the said reflected first light beam towards the said first detector and to direct the said reflected second light beam towards the said second detector.
EFFECT: increased accuracy during the particles in the substance flow determining.
