SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cell biology and biotechnology, namely to a method for increasing expression of NGN3 and NKX6.1 in a population of cells of the endocrine pancreatic line. Method includes differentiating the cells of the definitive endoderm line into cells of the pancreatic endoderm line with subsequent their differentiation into the cells of the endocrine line of the pancreas.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase expression of the genes NGN3 and NKX6.1 in the endocrine pancreatic cell population.
