FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: mono-strand in the duct former installation device comprises housing, installed in the housing shafts, arranged on the shafts upper and lower rolls with interacting with the mono-strand grooves, in which plane of symmetry the mono-strand longitudinal axis is located, and the rollers drive with all rollers rotation synchronization device. In the cross-section, the grooves profiles can be made in the form of the ellipse segment. Distance L between the of the mono-strand axis and the corresponding roller in its symmetry plane is made less than the mono-strand radius by a value smaller than the anti-corrosion grease thickness placed between the shell and the anchor rope. It is preferable to perform the distance L between the mono-strand axis and the corresponding roller in its symmetry plane in accordance with the relation L = (0.96÷0.92) r, where r is the mono-strand radius. During the mono-strand passing with the rotating rollers, the latter deform the mono-strand shell due to the fact, that the distance L between the mono-strand axis and the corresponding roller in its symmetry plane are made smaller than the mono-strand radius, giving it the elliptical shape. Since the rollers grooves profile in the cross-section is made in the form of the ellipse segment, the grooves and the mono-strand shell interaction takes place on the larger area, which reduces its and the rolls wear, significantly increasing (in several times) their lifetime. All rollers rotation synchronization evenly distributes the pushing force onto the mono-strand shell, which also increases its safety.

EFFECT: disclosed technical solution will allow to eliminate the mono-strand shell tightness breach, as a result, to increase the mono-strands assembling speed and to eliminate the ropes reinforcing strands corrosion.
