FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear medicine, namely to a method for producing a thermosensitive radiopharmaceutical agent that is a solution of an interpolymer radionuclide carrier comprising the following steps: 1) synthesis of the copolymer carrier based on N-isopropylacrylamide and allylamine; 2) esterification of amine groups of the copolymer carrier with diethylene triaminepentaacetic acid dianhydride; 3) labeling with 153Sm radioisotope; 4) isolating the radioactive copolymer fraction from the reaction volume of the labeled polymer mixture by elution with acetate buffer in a chromatographic column; 5) mixing the isolated fraction with the copolymer carrier of the aqueous solution of poly-N-isopropylacrylamide polymer gelator, wherein a product of intrinsic viscosity [η]pz dl/g and a concentration of Cpz poly-N-isopropylacrylamide in water in g/dL corresponds to the dimensionless ratio 5<Cpz*[η]pz<10.
EFFECT: invention provides a thermosensitive system comprising a polymeric radionuclide carrier, wherein the radionuclide must provide the necessary therapeutic effect on the tumor and must not be movable in order not to overstep the limits of the compact polymer phase immediately after administration or eventually.
