FIELD: motors and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to engine building and can be used, for example, in the manufacture of automobile engines. Essence of the invention is that the engine contains a working cylinder with a working piston, a compressor cylinder with a piston, a combustion chamber with a spark plug, exhaust ports in the head of the working cylinder and controllable valves mounted in them at the level of the top dead center of the working piston. In the working cylinder there are two rows of inlet ports, a diaphragm and an intake manifold for supplying fuel and air. In the power mode, the controllable valves are opened when the upper edge of the working piston reaches the inlet ports, the valves are kept open for a time when the upper edge of the working piston passes the inlet ports. After the valves are closed, the fuel is additionally supplied to the working cylinder through the intake manifold, when the working piston goes from the top dead center to the upper edge of the inlet ports, the fuel being supplied in an amount providing a formation in the volume of the working cylinder of the poor fuel-air mixture. When operating at idle, the device for supplying fuel to the collector of the working cylinder is switched off.
EFFECT: technical result consists in higher engine efficiency.
