FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the flat wires laser welding method. Covered with the insulating films first and second flat wires ends side surfaces are stripped from the insulating films. Stripped side surfaces are joined end to end, and the laser beam is supplied to the first and second flat wires end surfaces to weld the side surfaces together. Performing the laser beam supply in the form of loop within the first flat wire end face in order to form the melt bath; and gradually increasing the laser beam loop path supply diameter within the first flat wire end face in order to allow the melt bath to reach the side surfaces.

EFFECT: disclosed is the flat wires laser welding method.
