FIELD: filtration.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to filtration. Air filter assy comprises jacket with airflow inlet and outlet, said jacket being provided with case and access cover. Said jacket accommodates attended filter cartridge. Air filter assembly comprises a protrusion-groove design for providing interaction between the filter cartridge and the access cover. Design of the protrusion-groove is arranged in such a way, so that the rotational movement of the cartridge and the movement of its cantilever end are prevented when the cartridge is installed in the air filter assembly. One embodiment of a protrusion-groove is described, which comprises a receiving chute, having a corrugated shape, on the access cover and a protrusion having a wavy form on the filter cartridge.
EFFECT: technical result: ensuring effective fixation of the cartridge in the casing.
