FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: filtration cartridge comprises block of filtration material with first and second ends fitted inside the filter, first end cover arranged at said first end and having central opening, casing seal at said first end cover, second end cover at said second end having inner and outer surfaces. Outer surface has intake flute with inner and outer walls with surfaces and ledge extending outward and surrounded by said intake flute. Inner surface comprises central intake ledge extending from first end cover. Note here that central intake ledge is surrounded by intake flute. Air filter assy comprises casing having intake and discharge openings, central support of filtration cartridge extending from casing end towards intake cover opposite thereto, removable filtration cartridge fitted inside said casing that includes filtration material block and end covers.
EFFECT: reliable assembly and seal.
