SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of general formula (I) wherein R1 is benzyl optionally substituted by at least one halogen; -(C(R3)2)m-heteroaryl group in which heteroaryl is a 5 or 6-membered heteroaryl radical containing 1–3 heteroatoms, selected from N or O, and is optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from halogen, C1-3-alkyl, C1-3-alkoxy or C1-3-haloalkyl; or -(C(R3)2)n-heterocycloalkyl group in which the heterocycloalkyl group is a tetrahydropyranyl group or a tetrahydrofuranyl group; R2 is phenyl optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from halogen or C1-3 haloalkyl; 5- or 6-membered heteroaryl radical containing 1–3 N atoms and optionally substituted with at least one substituent selected from halogen, C1-3-alkyl or C1-3-alkoxy; or a tetrahydropyranyl group; R3 represents H or C1-3 alkyl; m represents 1-3; and n represents 0-3. Invention also relates to preparation methods, to a pharmaceutical composition.

EFFECT: obtained are novel compounds of general formula (I) which can be used in the treatment or prophylaxis of a disease or condition mediated by a sigma receptor.
