SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a method for detecting the presence of a site-specific integration of a donor polynucleotide sequence into a genomic target site of a maize or soybean cell. In addition, a method is disclosed for detecting the presence of site-specific integration of a donor polynucleotide sequence in the genomic target site of transfected maize or soybean plant cell cells.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to establish the presence of site-specific integration of a donor polynucleotide sequence in the genomic target site with high efficiency and reliability.
