SUBSTANCE: method and apparatus for controlling heating temperature for an electronic cooking device relating to cooking technology. Method includes acquiring heat preservation temperature data of food; predicting eating moment data of the food; acquiring eating temperature data of the food at the time indicated by the eating moment data; determining heat preservation end moment data of the food according to the eating moment data, the eating temperature data and the heat preservation temperature data; and ending heat preservation of the food at the time indicated by the heat preservation end moment data.
EFFECT: present invention improves the flexibility of controlling heat preservation as compared to the state of the art, where the flexibility of the heat control is relatively low.
