FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, in particular to the compositions of iron-based alloys used in machine building. Alloy contains, wt. %: carbon 3.5–4.3; chromium 2.0–2.4; titanium 0.03–0.05; aluminum 7.5–9.5; REM 0.15–0.25; vanadium 0.15–0.25; cobalt 0.15–0.25; rhenium 0.1–0.15; silver 0.02–0.04; boron 0.11–0.17; iron – the rest.
EFFECT: result of the invention is increased hardenability of the alloy.
